A core strength of the CareChoice team is our unique carer matching process – a comprehensive process designed to help us find the best possible support worker for each inidivdual.

Over the course of our in-home assessment, we determine the level of care required by asking a series of questions. Based on the results of our initial discussions and assessment, we make a recommendation taking into account the preferred attributes and skillsets.

Our personalised service is more extensive that a basic background assessment. We match personality and skill profiles based upon your specific preferences, but also extend our assessment to similarities in social history, behavioral styles, personality, communication, values and sense of humor.

We are also able to provide carers who speak various languages and are culturally sensitive where required.

Furthermore, our support workers have experience with chronic conditions and special needs such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, MND, MS and palliative care, as well as those needing assistance with ambulation, transportation, specific meal preparation or personal care.

Our proven carer matching process ensures a strong, long-lasting in-home care relationship that meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of everyone involved.

We’re confident in our matching process, but if you are not pleased with the carer we refer, for any reason, we will organise a new carer until you are 100% satisfied.
