Attendant Care / Social Support

CareChoice provides support in various ways, but most importantly the support provided is
tailored around your choice.  Assistance attending medical appointments, help with general
shopping, bill paying assistance/requirements, or even simply a walk around the block are
all services that you can take advantage of.

CareChoice can provide social support and companionship to our clients in various
settings.  CareChoice believes the most important aspect of an individual’s life is their quality
of life.  Reducing social isolation to our clients by providing in-home visits or community
access visits is an important part of our service.  Whether the CareChoice worker provides
support for a short duration of time by linking the client into their local community networks or
by providing continual ongoing support, no request is too difficult or complex for us to action.
