We understand how important it is to feel secure in your home environment, and to feel
comfortable with others who are providing you with individual support. Carechoice provides
peace of mind to the individual, their family and external service providers due to our
stringent employment process. Carechoice has a comprehensive staffing process that
emphasises professionalism, expertise and qualifications.  We select and screen staff very
carefully through pre-employment interviews and reference checks. Mandatory clear police
checks are required and reviewed on an annual basis for all CareChoice employees. We
also take care of all relevant insurances for our staff.
