About Us

CareChoice has been supporting people with a disability since 2007. We specialise in 24-hour disability programs for individuals with multiple and complex needs across Victoria.

Our aim is to be a trusted support provider to people with a disability and children and youth.

CareChoice is a registered service provider with the following agencies:

  • National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
  • Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
  • Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
  • WorkSafe

  • uphold the rights of people living with a disability
  • support informed decision making by people living with a disability
  • achieve person-centred outcomes for people living with a disability in a way that supports their preferences and needs
  • allow participants to live free from abuse, violence, neglect or exploitation.
